Smart bands are the entry point of the wearable market — the product customers try first, reorder often and gift at festivals. This guide covers what wholesale buyers should check before placing a smart band order in 2027.

Spec sheet first. The minimum to ask for: a 1.47" AMOLED screen, 14-day battery, BLE 5.3 pairing, water resistance and multi-sport tracking. Bands that miss any of these read as outdated on a retail shelf, even at a low price.

The app is part of the product. The companion app must work on both iOS and Android and show heart rate, sleep and sports data cleanly. For own-brand lines, ask whether the factory can skin the app — this is the difference between a white-label band and a commodity band.
