Sample Policy
The terms below apply to all sample orders placed through our Sample Program.
What you pay
Each sample is individually priced by us. We add a single flat $20 international shipping per order. Sample fee + $20 shipping = your checkout total.
Credit on bulk orders
When you place a wholesale order of $500 or more within 90 days, the sample fee for the first piece of each item is deducted from that order's invoice.
The credit applies to your first wholesale order only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and covers only the first piece of each item — additional pieces are charged at normal price and are not credited.
No returns, no after-sales on samples
Samples are sold for quality evaluation and are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Bulk orders follow our standard wholesale after-sales policy.
Processing & shipping
Samples are prepared in 3-5 business days and shipped by DHL / FedEx / UPS in 7-15 business days.
Tracking numbers are provided by email once dispatched.
Customs & duties
Import duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Samples are declared as "commercial samples" with the actual value.
Privacy
We use your contact details only to process your sample order and follow up on your wholesale inquiry. We never sell or share your data. See our contact page for how to reach us about your data.
