Frequently Asked Questions — Wholesale Beauty Tools & Jewellery
Answers to the most common questions from distributors and retailers about MOQ, samples, OEM, payment, lead time, shipping, quality and after-sales.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and is shown on each product page. For most beauty tools and jewellery it ranges from 50 to 300 pieces per style. Mixed batches are accepted, so you can combine several styles to reach the minimum.
Do you provide samples before bulk ordering?
Yes. We can send existing samples so you can check material and quality before committing to a bulk order. The sample fee is paid when you order and is fully credited to your first wholesale order (minimum $500 within 90 days, first piece of each item) — so ordering makes the first piece of each sample effectively free.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Absolutely. Mixed wholesale is supported — you can combine different categories (beauty tools, lashes, jewellery, etc.) in one shipment to meet the MOQ and reduce inventory risk.
Do you offer OEM, private label and custom logo printing?
Yes. We provide OEM and private label services including custom logos, packaging and color options. Share your logo and requirements and we will prepare a mock-up for confirmation before production.
What materials do you use? Are they hypoallergenic?
We mainly use 316L stainless steel, alloy, acrylic and eco-friendly materials. Many of our stainless-steel and titanium pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin. Material details are listed on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions. For new clients a 30% deposit with 70% before shipment is standard; terms can be discussed for repeat buyers.
What is your production lead time?
For in-stock items, dispatch is usually within 3–7 working days. For OEM/private-label or custom orders, lead time is typically 10–25 working days depending on quantity and customization. Exact timing is confirmed after order details are finalized.
Which shipping methods and carriers do you use?
We ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS and air or sea freight through reliable agents. For small parcels we recommend express; for large orders sea freight is most cost-effective. We can also use your own freight forwarder.
Do you ship worldwide? Which countries do you serve?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, including the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, the Middle East, Australia and Southeast Asia. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination and method chosen.
How are products packaged for export?
Items are individually packed in OPP bags or boxes, then cushioned and placed in export cartons with shock-proof protection. Custom retail packaging and barcode labels are available for private-label orders.
Do you provide quality inspection and QC reports?
Every order goes through incoming-material, in-process and final inspection. We can supply QC photos and, on request, third-party inspection reports (e.g., SGS) before shipment.
What certifications do your products have?
Selected products can be supplied with relevant certificates such as RoHS, nickel-free and SGS test reports on request. Please tell us your market's compliance requirements and we will advise suitable options.
Can you develop new products or custom designs?
Yes. Our team can develop new moulds and custom designs based on your drawings, samples or ideas. OEM development usually requires a mould fee and a higher MOQ, which we confirm case by case.
What is the reorder process and reorder MOQ?
Reorders are simple — just send your previous item codes or links. Reorder MOQ is often lower than the first order; for established items we can sometimes accept smaller quantities. Contact us with your list for a quick quote.
What is your after-sales and defective-item policy?
We stand behind our quality. If defective items exceed the agreed tolerance (typically 1–3%), we offer replacement, refund or credit against your next order. Please report issues with photos within 15 days of receipt.
Do you support dropshipping?
We do not offer single-piece dropshipping (one item shipped straight to your end customer). However, we do support mixed-batch dropshipping: we can ship a mixed batch directly to your customers using neutral packaging with no AGJewel branding. Minimum order quantities and mixed-batch rules still apply — contact us to set up pricing and logistics.
Can I get a product catalog or price list?
Yes. We can send our latest catalog and price list (PDF/Excel) by email or WhatsApp. Because prices fluctuate with material costs, please request the current version for accurate quoting.
How do I contact sales and request a quote?
The fastest way is WhatsApp at +86 137 2866 1675, or email [email protected]. You can also use the inquiry form on our Contact page. Send the product links, quantities and target market and we will reply within 24 hours.
What is the difference between 304 and 316L stainless steel?
316L is a low-carbon, marine-grade stainless steel with extra molybdenum, making it more corrosion-resistant and hypoallergenic than 304. We recommend 316L for jewellery that contacts skin daily, especially for sensitive-skin markets.
Can I visit your factory or meet you at trade shows?
Yes — we welcome scheduled factory visits in China. We operate as a partnership-based manufacturing network and work with cooperative factories across several provinces, so the exact site is arranged after we confirm your visit. We also exhibit at major beauty and jewellery trade shows; contact us in advance so we can plan the meeting.
